A Once-in-a-Summer Opportunity!
Each summer, The Erie Blues and Jazz Festival draws thousands of attendees from the Erie region and beyond. The ample foot traffic throughout the weekend means plenty of opportunities to sell to (often quite eager!) customers. If you'd like to become a vendor at this year's event, please fill out the application form.

Vendor Options and Pricing
Food trucks and food trailers: $750 + $300 deposit
Includes vendors utilizing a vehicle equipped with cooking facilities or oversized setups.
Will be allocated a maximum of 10'x30' space, unless an alternative plan is approved.
Tented food vendors: $700 + $300 deposit
Includes all served on-site & packaged food vendors who will be handling and
packaging food or beverage on-site for guests, and/or who have prepared food and beverage on-site in
a certified kitchen with packaging and labeling in line with county/state standards within a tented area.
Will be allocated a 10'x10' space, unless an alternative plan is approved.
Tented non-food vendors: $300
Includes artisans, crafters, clothing, and other non-edible products.
Will be allocated 10'x10' space, unless an alternative plan is approved.
Tented non-profit: $200 Info only
Includes all information-based setups.

Key Requirements
- Duration: Two-day commitment required; no single-day spots.
- Equipment: Aside from food trucks, all vendors must provide their own weighted tents.
- Compliance: Valid state/county permits are mandatory from all vendors.
- Customization: Larger spaces or power incur extra fees and are subject to approval.
- Confirmation: Spots are secured only after payment and paperwork are complete.
